Nattaya Pongpet
Karon, Phuket
"My husband and I had been going around the same arguments for months. The Family Dialogue Sessions gave us a way to slow down and actually hear each other. The listening exercise on the second session was the most useful thing — we still use it when things get heated at home."
Family Dialogue Sessions — May 2025
Marcus Whitfield
Rawai, Phuket (British)
"We moved to Phuket two years ago and between my work schedule and my partner's caregiving responsibilities, the house was genuinely disorganized. The Household Organizer session helped us build a shared system we could both use. It took one afternoon and we still refer to the templates."

Sirikanya Thongchai
Chalong, Phuket
"I enrolled my parents and my household in the Family Coordination Program. We are caring for my mother and managing a shared budget — it was getting difficult. The workbook format was something we could all follow together. The sessions did not lecture us; they helped us figure out what worked for our family specifically."
Family Coordination Program — March–May 2025
Jana Verhaegen
Patong, Phuket (Belgian)
"I appreciated that the facilitator was clear about what Bondwell is and is not. She explained from the beginning that this is education, not counseling — which actually made us more comfortable to attend. There was no clinical atmosphere. Just a small group learning practical things together."

"The printed guide from the Dialogue Sessions was better than I expected — it covers things you can use on your own even after the sessions end. I would have liked a bit more time on the planning section, but overall it was worth the afternoon."
Family Dialogue Sessions — April 2025
Luisa Santoro
Kamala, Phuket (Italian)
"My family — Italian background, living in Phuket for three years — came to the Coordination Program because we were struggling to manage school runs, work, and my mother-in-law's schedule. The planning templates gave us a shared language for the week. We use them every Sunday."

● Case Studies
Household Journeys
Composite accounts drawn from participant experiences — anonymized and shared with the intent to help other families understand what the programs look like in practice.
A Household That Stopped Talking
Challenge
A couple in Karon had reached a point where most household matters were resolved through notes and messages rather than conversation. Both felt unheard and neither knew how to begin changing that.
Program
They attended the Family Dialogue Sessions — four weekly sessions covering listening skills, de-escalation, and a shared planning conversation exercise applied to their own household.
Outcome
By the third session they had introduced a brief weekly conversation practice at home. The printed guide gave them structure when conversations got stuck. They reported feeling less distant about six weeks after completion.
A New Family in Phuket
Challenge
A family that relocated from Germany had accumulated documents across multiple folders and devices, with no shared system. Each person managed their own records differently, which caused confusion during school enrollment and visa renewal.
Program
They booked the Household Organizer Service — a single working session with a Bondwell specialist who guided them through setting up their own document and schedule system using the template packs.
Outcome
The family left with a completed shared folder structure and a maintenance checklist they use monthly. They mentioned that the next school enrollment required less than half the time it took previously, using the system they built.
A Caregiving Household
Challenge
A three-generation Thai household was managing an elderly parent's care alongside two working adults and a school-age child. Responsibilities were unclear, schedules overlapped, and small disagreements about tasks were increasing.
Program
The family enrolled in the Family Coordination Program across six weeks. All three adult household members attended most sessions. The workbook helped them map responsibilities and create a shared schedule they each understood.
Outcome
By the end of the program, care responsibilities were clearer and the household had a shared weekly planning routine. They continued accessing the participant group after the formal program ended to exchange organizational ideas with other families.
