1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bondwell" / "we" / "us" / "our" — Bondwell, operating at 207 Mu 6, Karon, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83100, Thailand.
• "Services" — the educational and administrative programs offered by Bondwell, including Family Dialogue Sessions, Household Organizer Service, and Family Coordination Program, as described on our website.
• "User" / "you" — any person who accesses our website or enquires about or participates in our Services.
• "Website" — the website located at bondwell.biz and all associated pages.
• "Content" — all written materials, program guides, templates, workbooks, and other materials provided by Bondwell as part of the Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, forming the complete agreement between you and Bondwell.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any Bondwell program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are enrolling on behalf of a household that includes minors, you confirm you are the responsible adult and that these terms apply to you in that capacity.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or Services.

3. Service Description

Bondwell provides general educational and administrative organization services for households. Our programs are designed to support everyday communication and organizational skills. All Services are educational in nature and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or any form of professional counseling or clinical intervention.

• Family Dialogue Sessions — group educational sessions covering respectful communication, listening skills, and household planning. Includes a printed guide and follow-up note.
• Household Organizer Service — a guided administrative session helping families organize their own records and schedules using templates. Includes template packs, a working session, and an upkeep checklist.
• Family Coordination Program — a structured multi-session educational program covering shared scheduling and communication frameworks. Includes a workbook, templates, and ongoing group access.

Services are delivered in Phuket, Thailand. Remote or online delivery may be arranged by specific agreement. We reserve the right to adjust program schedules, group sizes, or delivery format with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when enquiring or enrolling
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend
• Treat Bondwell staff and other program participants with courtesy and respect
• Use program materials (guides, workbooks, templates) for your household's personal use only
• Not record sessions without the express written consent of Bondwell and all participants
• Not share login credentials or participant group access with individuals who have not enrolled

Prohibited activities include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling Bondwell program materials
• Using our website in any way that could damage its functionality or accessibility
• Submitting false, misleading, or harmful content through any website form
• Impersonating Bondwell staff or other participants

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within Bondwell programs — including written guides, workbooks, templates, session materials, and website text — is the intellectual property of Bondwell or its content partners and is protected under applicable Thai law.

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your household's personal, non-commercial purposes during and after the program.

This license does not permit you to copy, adapt, distribute, teach, or commercialize any Bondwell materials. All rights not expressly granted remain with Bondwell.

6. Payment Terms

• Family Dialogue Sessions — ฿3,650 per household enrollment
• Household Organizer Service — ฿14,800 per household session
• Family Coordination Program — ฿33,400 per household enrollment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due upon booking confirmation and before the program begins. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrollment. Prices are inclusive of all included materials as described in each program.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the program start date: full refund, less any administrative processing costs
• Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation fewer than 3 days before, or non-attendance: no refund
• If Bondwell cancels or postpones a program, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative session date

7. Disclaimers

Bondwell's Services are provided for general educational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. We do not make any representation that participation in our programs will produce specific household outcomes.

This website and its Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.

References to third-party resources or websites are for informational purposes only. Bondwell is not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Bondwell's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program to which the claim relates.

Bondwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any outcomes within your household.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

9. Termination

You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms set out in Section 6.

Bondwell reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct disrupts the program, is harmful to other participants, or violates these Terms. In cases of disruption, we will attempt to resolve the matter informally before taking this step.

Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination of this Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Phuket Province shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement.

Before initiating any formal process, we encourage both parties to resolve any dispute informally. Please contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the concern. We will respond within 14 days and make reasonable efforts to reach a resolution.

If informal resolution is not possible, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Both parties agree to participate in mediation in good faith.

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bondwell regarding your use of our website and Services.
• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver — failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.
• Assignment — Bondwell may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Notices — formal notices to Bondwell should be sent to the address below or to [email protected].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
